Dr Rick Graham, has been an active project manager for over 20 years. Areas of expertise and experience include strategic alignment, risk management, and optimisation of business value. In the last 5 years, Rick has delivered project management support, consultancy and training to over 30 companies in 40 countries. 
Rick is a frequent author and speaker on project management topics, including, most recently, on the management of project and programme portfolio risk.
